I purchased a pair of glasses as a gift for my wife. When the wrong size (too narrow along the bridge of the nose) arrived; I realized I had made an error in measurement. I returned them and was re-issued a new pair in the right size. Not only were the staff courteous, and the exchange prompt, but the re-stocking charges were substantially reduced.
