I bought some frames from you, they have been excellent value .I was in contact with a gentleman called Stanley who was extremely helpful re my prescription questions and helped me through the process of buying my frames. He was polite and well informed . The frames were Prada and I have enjoyed wearing them –they were a good fit-they just needed a tweak or two at the opticians where the prescription lenses were put in(Boots’ The Chemist). I needed lenses put in here as I have a varifocal prescription and thought it would be best if they were provided by an opticians service here in the UK.

I just wanted to say that I found the perfect sunglasses. At the time, no one could get them and I found them. I really wanted them before we left on vacation for the 4th of July. had them, at a price no one else could offer and had them at my door before my vacation. It made me soooooo happy.

I ordered 2 or more pair of glasses & I loved them. I also ordered a pair that I had been searching for years with no luck unless I wanted to pay over $1,000. for them. I found them on DME for a great price but they also had a pair that was selling very cheep due to a slight defect. I decided to give them a try & am I glad I did. To this day I cannot find the defect. All the glasses I ordered arrived quickly & were exactly as pictured. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my gorgeous Prada reading glasses. I found the website very professional and they were very helpful when I was looking for a particular brand, they even made other suggestions for me. The glasses are of a very high quality and the transaction was easy and delivery fast. I am considering new glasses and I would definitely go through ypou again.

Truth be told, I am was very surprised at the experience I had with your site and my order process. The glasses I ordered were back ordered and were going to take longer than expected to receive. I was emailed right away and informed that I can call and work something out. The level of customer service I received far surpassed that of the mall stores I have dealt with. The issue was resolved and everything worked out perfectly. In fact if the sunglasses I received werent such good quality I would have ordered new glasses by now. 100% satisfaction and still in my bookmarks for when I need to order new sunglasses.
